Product’s return

As a prerequisite for returning products is to be owned, by the customer the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt Retail, Sales Invoice / delivery note etc.).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product a customer can contact the Company as for the product to be replaced. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law comply with the terms of the return policy of the Company. 2) Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal

Customers can send us the product using the following procedure:
Originally pack the products in the box in which the order was received. Cancellation of orders

1. Since an order is registered on our website, or if it made by phone, or FAX, out of the working hours, the cancelation is possible.
