Returns & Cancellations Policy

Product’s return

As a prerequisite for returning products is to be owned, by the customer the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt Retail, Sales Invoice / delivery note etc.).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product a customer can contact the Company as for the product to be replaced. Our Company will replace the product if the requirements of the law comply with the terms of the return policy of the Company. In case of returning a product, when the consumer wishes to express its replacement, an e-mail discount coupon code will be received, with an equal value for another product or products, with which a new order can be made or simply replace the product returned.

2) Right of Withdrawal

A customer has the right to withdraw from the current convention within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will be expired within 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third person indicated by the customer (other than the courier), acquires the physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If a customer withdraws from the current contract, all the money paid to our company will be refunded including delivery costs (excluding the additional expenses which are due to the customer’s own choice as far as the way of delivery is concerned, which differs from the least standardized way of delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day the customer was informed about his decision to withdraw from this contract. Process & Ways of Returning Products

Customers may visit our pharmacy where our staff will check the condition of the product and will serve them. 2. Send the product:

Customers can send us the product using the following procedure:
Originally pack the products in the box in which the order was received. In the package a completed standard form (PDF) of withdrawal , should be placed, which was received attached to the confirmation e-mail order and then the parcel should be sent through the courier agency from which the order was originally received, in account of the Returns Department.
For return of a product due to a withdrawal, you should call the ELTA Courier at 11120 or any other courier company you choose and send us the package to the address below with a fee of sender.

Cancellation of orders

1. Since an order is registered on our website, or if it made by phone, or FAX, out of the working hours, the cancelation is possible.

a) subsequently to the order by e-mail to info@christou1910.com, since it is sent and received by the www.christou1910.com before 9:00 am, on the day of receipt of the e-mail order

b) by updating to the www.christou1910.com, tel. 2106179177, if the products are not delivered for shipment.

2. In all other cases, a customer may cancel his order by phone tel. 2106179177, by e-mail at info@christou1910.com or by visiting our store, where the products are not delivered for shipment. For the customer’s convenience, it is preferable to know the number of the order.

In case of repeated returns from the consumer, the christou1910.com, reserves the right to refuse to accept the product return due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if they meet the above terms and conditions (art. 281 CC).
