Return – Cancellation Policy

Product Returns

A prerequisite for product returns is to have the relevant purchase receipt that proves the transaction (e.g., Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Delivery Note, etc.).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product, please contact our Company for its replacement. Our Company will replace the product provided that the legal requirements are met and the Company's return policy terms are observed. If a product is returned and the consumer explicitly wishes for a replacement, they may place a new order of equal value or simply replace the returned product.

2) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The purchased products must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt - invoice).

If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the consumer's account will be credited accordingly within 14 calendar days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the amount of the product's value, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement, unless you propose a different means of reimbursement for your money (from the one you used in the initial transaction), in which case you will be charged any costs of using this different means by www.christou1910.com, which costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. "We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest." You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (from/to you). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Handling and examination of the products should be carried out in the way that would be allowed in a physical store).

Specifically for your refund:

Especially for cases of payment by you with cash on delivery at your residence, or in any case where it is not possible to refund money using the means you used in the original transaction, your refund, in case of withdrawal, will be made, by arrangement, by deposit into your bank account without any charge to you.

You can visit our store where our staff will check the product's condition and assist you. If you wish to replace the product or exchange it for another, it is recommended that you contact our store beforehand to confirm the availability of the new product.

2. Product shipment:

You can send the product to our company's headquarters by following this procedure:

Send the package, to the attention of our company's Returns Department.

To return a product due to withdrawal, call ACS at 210 8190000 or any other courier company you choose and send us the package to the following address with the sender being charged.

Order Cancellations

1. If you place your order on our website or by phone, it can be cancelled:

a) by an email sent after the order to info@christou1910.com, provided it is sent and received by www.christou1910.com before 9:00 a.m. on the day the order email is received

b) by informing www.christou1910.com, at tel. 2106179177, provided that the products have NOT been dispatched for shipment.

2. In any other case, you can cancel your order by phone at 2106179177, by e-mail at info@christou1910.com, or by visiting our store, provided that the products have NOT been dispatched for shipment. For better service, please have your order number handy.

Remarks

christou1910.com reserves the right to legally abolish or modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website. In case of repeated returns by the consumer, www.christou1910.com reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return, due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if the above terms and conditions are met (Article 281 of the Civil Code).

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal conditions for accepting a product return are not met, then it will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.
